2024 Rates-
The base rate includes serving tables and 3 banquet tables with chairs. Each banquet table seats 8. For each additional table needed, there is a $10 set up fee per table. Max of 8 tables. The furniture in the activity room has to be removed to make room for the 7th and 8th tables for an extra fee of $20.
Half day base rental rate- $75 Monday-Thursday or $95 Friday-Sun and Holidays
(May-June have set block times.
8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm)
Full day base rental rate- $130 Monday-Thursday or $170 Friday-Sun and Holidays
Can either be all in one day or an afternoon/following morning.

Activity Room
Cleaning/Damage Deposit
There is a $100 cleaning/damage deposit. We don't want to clean any more than you do! If you leave the facility as clean as you found it with no repairs needed, the deposit will be refunded.

3 Hour Movie Party- $200

Half day base rental rate- $350 Monday-Thursday or $400 Friday-Sun and Holidays

Full day base rental rate- $600 Monday-Thursday or $750 Friday-Sun and Holidays
Can either be all in one day or an afternoon/following morning.

Weekend rental base rental rate- $1500
This is from noon on Friday to noon on Sunday
