Our Rental Policies

Cleaning Policy Damage/Cleaning Deposit- There is a refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $500. The Renter will be responsible for the full cost of any repairs or damages to the event center property. This includes damage caused by the Renter, Renter’s guests, Renter’s service providers or any individual(s) connected to the Renter’s event. If such damage occurs, it will be assessed and deducted from the deposit. Additionally, $25/hr will be charged to pay the cleaning staff if the facility is not left clean. The Renter will be billed for any additional amount that exceeds the deposit.

**If the facility looks the same when you leave as you found it, the deposit will be returned in full!

Smoking policy This is a non-smoking facility. However, a smoking area is available outside to the west of the building. NOTE - To discourage litter, there will be a $10 fee per cigarette butt found on the premises, including the driveways and flower pots.

Liquor Policy Liquor is permitted on the premises under the following conditions:

1. The renter is responsible to ensure that there is no underage drinking.

2. Alcohol may be served by a licensed caterer who carries his/her own liquor liability insurance OR the renter purchases a private event insurance policy that covers liquor liability and lists The 10 Talents as insured on the policy.

3. Only a licensed bartender may SELL alcohol.

Fire Safety

*No smoking in the facility.

*No live flame candles other than cakes. 

*No open flames, or flammable materials are allowed on the premises. 

*Light fixtures must remain as is and uncovered.

*Renter shall not have on or around the owner’s facility, anything that is dangerous, flammable, explosive or has explosive characteristics that might increase the danger of fire in or around the facility or that might be considered hazardous.

Decorating Policy

Do not use nails to hang decorations. Only wall safe tape or command strips may be used, (no packing tape). If damage to the walls occur, renter will be charged a repair labor fee of $25/hour (minimum of $25).

The furniture and decorations may be moved and rearranged but must be in their original location at checkout. 

Please be respectful and notify us if anything breaks or there are any issues so that the facility can stay properly stocked and ready for the next tenant.

Cancelation Policy Cancellation policy

 100% refund if notified 90 days before the scheduled event; 75% refund 60 days before; 50% refund 30 days before; 25% refund 2 weeks before.
