Half day (6 hours)

  • $65 Monday-Thursday

  • $85 Friday-Sun and Holidays

(May-June have set block times.  

8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm)

Full day (24 hours)

  • $120 Monday-Thursday

  • $160 Friday-Sun and Holidays

The base rate includes:

  • ​​Use of fully stocked kitchen

  • Bud vases and assorted decor

  • $20 

1 hour meeting

  • early entry or late check out- $25/hr

  • 60" round tables with 8 chairs combo- $10 (Max 8 tables)

  • Chairs- $1

  • 8' rectangle serving table- $5

  • 6' rectangle serving table- $4

  • 8' x 18" seminar table- $5

  • cocktail table- $10

  • tablecloths (not ironed)- $5

  • dinnerware- $1.50/per setting

  • $45 

3 hour meeting
